Meet Our Founder
Evangelist
Carmen Demourelle
Evangelist Carmen Demourelle is the founder of Someone Who Cares Outreach Ministries gifted in the art of restoration, chosen by God to serve his people. Has an Applied Science Degree with a Business Major. Graduated from Everest Community college, Dallas, Texas. Evangelist Demourelle is presently Housing Coordinator at A New Way Of Life Re-Entry Program 25 years of Peer Support experience. Hobbies: Cooking, Traveling, Writing and Shopping. Future endeavor to oversee an after-school program for children that will increase their academic skills and create the foundation to help them develop into the individuals they were meant to be. Evangelist Demourelle’s motto: real love is the key factor to change a broken heart. Thriving to touch the lives of as many children as possible.
